Professional Experience:
I currently maintain an active and diverse solo practice with emphases on Family Law representing clients in both high value and low value proceedings from initial intake through to judgment. My other practice areas include a wide spectrum of general civil litigation matters, including business litigation and contract disputes, and also some criminal law. Previous areas of my practice include juvenile dependency and juvenile delinquency, criminal and dependency appeals and Federal Disability Law Practice (ERISA). I have also edited manuscripts for accuracy and style for a leading publisher of legal treatises, transaction and practice guides.
